National Home Front Heroes Day is celebrated annually on May 9th to honor the millions of civilians, past and present, who support military service members and their families from the home front. Initiated in 2019 by WWII veteran John “Lucky” Luckadoo, it recognizes those who provide care, volunteer, and strengthen communities while service members are deployed. Thank you, and God bless you!
